Cliff Bidlingmaier Wins Again
Cliff Bidlingmaier, on December 3, 2015, was successful in having charges of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substances in violation of NJSA 2C:35-10A, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in violation of NJSA 2C:36-2, dismissed. The alleged substances were seized after a routine traffic stop for speeding in New Jersey, which resulted in the warrantless search and seizure of the vehicle.
